How do I pay my virtual assistant?

Payments for your virtual assistant are handled through LegalPro Solutions. As a US-based company, we process your payment and then pay the virtual assistant on your behalf.

What if I’m not satisfied with my VA?

If your VA doesn’t meet your expectations within the first 80 hours, we’ll assign you a new one at no additional charge. Should the second VA also fall short of your needs during their first 80 hours or lack the required skills for your tasks, we’ll refund 50% of the total amount you paid for the combined 160 hours of service.

What about taxes?

You do NOT have to pay taxes. When you engage with a Virtual Assistant or Virtual Professional from LegalPro Solutions, you're contracting our company’s services, not directly employing the VAs themselves. Since we’re a U.S.-based company, there are no taxes involved for you. We manage all the necessary documentation to engage our VAs as independent contractors based outside the U.S.

Will my VA work during my office hours?

Yes, regardless of their time zone, your virtual assistant will align their schedule to match your office hours.

Can I interview or approve the virtual assistant before hiring?
